Trentodoc (Italy)

Trentodoc Metodo Classico is produced the same way as Champagne.

About Trentodoc

In the mountains around Trento, Giulio Ferrari founded his firm in 1902, planting Chardonnay grapes, and planning to produce bootle-fermented wines as good as the best of Champagne.

These wines are now regulated under the Trento DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) and best known by the name Trentodoc.
