About Beaufort

Beaufort is a medium-hard yellow cheese made from Cow milk.

The cheese is an Alpine cheese produced in the Savoie region in the French Apls.

Beaufort is one of the finest cheeses for Baking, and particularly suited for Fondues.

It is traditionally used in Quiche, and often melted on top of French Onion Soup.
